Al, before joining Realty Executives, completed a military career in the United States Air Force (retiring in the grade of colonel) and a second career as a senior executive of a corporate Para-military security company.  His two careers resulted in 28 moves across 15 states and 3 countries allowing him to become familiar with purchasing and selling a myriad of homes.  Al’s experience in these many different real estate markets makes him empathetic to the many stresses involved in buying or selling a home and better able to help homebuyers find their dream home and owners find their qualified buyer.

Janis has enjoyed being a real estate agent since 1983 starting out in the Southern California area.  She moved to Northern Nevada in 2001 and obtained her Nevada real estate license in 2002.  As a hobby, she and her husband enjoy collecting classic cars from the 50’s, 60’s & 70’s and belonging to the Tahoe-Carson Valley Region of the Antique Automobile Club of America.
